Many thanks to everyone who turned up at last Fridays AGM. Great
to see Tanoj back from the Welsh valleys!
For those of you unable to attend,
the Batting award went to Big Dave, Bowling to Kevin McCabe and the Chris Roseveare award went to Alan Ward. There were Man
of the Match awards for the Dorset Tour games and they went to Andy Cable and Kevin McCabe. Lorne McKewan and Colin Martin shared
the prize for winning the Golf competition. Special mention and thanks were given to Chris Roseveare for his contribution
to the Club website.
Vel and Big
Ian will remain as Captain and vice Captain and Dave Ward has agreed to take on the role of kit monitor.
No major alterations to the running of the club are anticipated
for next season, however the retirement of Fred Pidgeon from the Trust may have an impact on the sponsorship the Squash club
makes towards the funding of the pitches. More on that nearer the time.
Nets start on Thursday January 7th 2010 at the Rose Bowl, 7pm for an hour.Hope to see as many of you
there as possible.
