The Royal Hampshire County Hospital Cricket Club has been in existence in its current form since 1992. The team plays
a large number of 'friendly' fixtures each year, predominantly evening matches of 15-20 overs per side. In recent
years the club has also organised a yearly 'tour'. Most of the players work (or have worked) at the Royal
Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester. The team organiser and 'selector', Ian Rentell works as a Charge Nurse and
Nurse Practitioner in the Emergency Department of the hospital.
